How it works
Order a method. A Sygnet clinician reviews your intake and labs, sets the starting dose, and titrates with you over the first weeks. Your health coach reinforces routine, addresses side effects, and adjusts the plan with the clinician as you progress.
Switching methods is supported. If injection becomes inconvenient or the troche is not the right fit, your clinician can move you to a different variant at the next billing cycle.
Eligibility
Requires a Sygnet Membership and a clinician evaluation. Not appropriate for patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Your clinician will review your full medical history before prescribing.
